GAMING CONSOLE
Playing video games on a specialized gaming console is known as console gaming. Interactive multimedia software, such as console games, makes advantage of a television or comparable audio-visual device to offer an interactive experience. A portable device known as a controller is used by the player to control the game.
Because they are limited by the console hardware, console games differ from PC and handheld games. For example, games can be downloaded directly to the device via the Internet and online stores, or they can be inserted into the device as a disk or card.
PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo systems are examples of popular gaming consoles. Consoles come in two types: handheld and home consoles. It is common to carry a handheld console with a built-in screen and game controller.
